15 died on spot in kagadi tax accident-Albertine spokesperson Julius Hakiza

The most painful sad story of accident in Kagadi has claimed 15 people who were traveling from burial in  Kyenjojo to Kagadi.

The Albertine police spokes person Julius allans hakiza has confired the incident saying they are stil compiling the particulars of the deacesed.

In the wee hours of Sunday,our sources told KAGADI TV UG  that the tragedy came in after a Trailer  that was from Kagadi heading to portal lost control in a sharp corner where a tax from kyenjojo after Muzizi bridge near kyamutunzi TC  lamed into it with no person left on breathing.

The particulars of the  trailer are not yet known and the driver has took off, Tax driver one Henry(ACAALI) and all passengers all died.

Acoording to the eye witness have identified some of the body of the deceased as Kubanza 32 ,Ruth 30,Nuulu 29 both of Kyatika cell in kagadi towm council Kagadi District.

The fatal accident that involved a cargo track carrying Mukene registration No UAD 431Q and a tax No UBM 426V has claimed live of 16 people and others critically injured on Kagadi-Kyenjojo road in Nyanseke- Muhorro town council Kagadi District.

However, the eye witnesses have attributed the accident to the tracker driver who lost control after failing to break and ended up knocking the tax.

Most of the dead are residents of Kagadi town council who were on there way  from burial in Fort portal however, by press time were not yet identified by the manes.

Residents says it is not the first time accident to happen at the same place adding that many people have died on said spot corner.

By press time Police was at the scene and the survivors were rushed to Muhorro community health center. 

Out of the five people who survived only one person was from the tax and the remaining four were occupants of the tracker who all survived.
