The Government under the ministry of education should think twice before re-opening of education institutions. He is still very hopeful that the virus will go in the min time when a sustainable solution which is a vaccine is landed to the world.

He exposed that the  virus has changed many systems across the world and some of the affected include church services which have turned online, sports and many other games have changed, football seasons have changed and almost 60% depend on betting which is also an activity to the income. Uganda's  economy, sports has contributed much by paying a lot of taxes to URA.

He further said that according to UNESCO, over a billion students have been affected by lock down world over and there is need to kick start the development of  online education services and many more not forgetting deliveries to doors.
Its not only Uganda where schools have been in closure, its a global issue and we need to be patient on this.

Systems have changed every where, and he believe the education systems and structures can also change too. The ministry of education should think on how to reschedule and change the school terms and semisters of academic learning. Byamukama proposed that the first term can continue immediately the schools re open, the second term and then  third term. The time spell on which these terms and semisters should be revised in that, first term may begin in August and Second term in October, maybe. Like wise the upper institutions of learning that operate on semister basis.
