Kagadi
The Kagadi grade one magistrates’ court in Kagadi
district last evening remanded 11 more suspects to Kitalya minimum government
prison in Wakiso district.
His worship Emmanuel Niyokwizera sent them to
Kitalya prison on charges of theft, threatening violence, house breaking,
grievous harm, , murder, assault ,simple robbery , criminal trespass ,
malicious damage among others.
Appearing before court all the accused denied the
charges.
The magistrate remanded them till 08/7/2020 and
others 23/7/2020.
