NRM vice chairperson western region aspiring
candidate Dr. Emmanuel Diini Kisembo has promised to mobilize employment for
the youth by establishing skill centers to curb an increasing employment
especially among the youth.
Dr. Diini Kisembo says NRM as a party needs people
with good mobilization capacity drum support for the party.
He says if elected as the western vice NRM
chairperson will strengthen the party at the grass roots to develop NRM
ideology.
Kisembo is the executive director of Bunyoro Kitara
Youth Initiative for Development whose aim is to find ways of uplifting the
lives of the youths.
He will face competition from the incumbent and
Uganda’s Ambassador to Burundi, Maj.Gen.Matayo Kyaligonza, State Minister for
Housing, Dr Chris Baryomunsi, former
army spokesperson, Col.(Rtd) Shaban Bantariza and Alexander Akandwanaho
Saleh, the son to Gen Salim Saleh.
