A 53 -Year old crippled and sickly man in Kyanyarara
Village, Nyamacumu Parish Muhorro sub-county Kagadi district is seeking help
from government and good Samaritans in supporting him to go through COVID-19
Lockdown and medical bills as he is bed ridden with inability to work.
Raban Namanya, says he has been bed ridden for 18
years after his legs, arms and back got crippled over a mysterious illness.
He discloses that he consulted medical Doctors at
Kagadi, Kagando, and Buhinga Hospitals but could not help much adding that they
only referred him to Mulago a condition he said could not manage due to
financial constraints.
Namanya who lives with his 16 year old son Patrick
Byaruhanga, lost his wife 15 years ago and lives on God’s mercy with his son in
the same house and all his children ran away.
Namanya explains that he produced only 5 Children
who ran away from him after the death of their mother and gets little
assistance from 60 year-old Edrona Nanyonga and his Brother Richard
Bakengesa and requests government , well wishers to come for his rescue by
giving him financial assistance, medical care and basic needs through his

Richard Bakengesa his young Brother says he has been
rendering affordable assistance to his brother and requests people of good will
to render a hand in support of the suffering brother than only coming after his
death.
Edrona Nyangoma 60, a relative who prepares meals
for him daily says she is also sickly but has been assisting him for over 10
years and wants other well wishers to join hands with her in support of the
bedridden Man.
Namanaya who
migrated from Mpefu sub-county 10 years ago is moved on wheel chair to answer
nature’s call which was donated to him by an organization dubbed ‘’Abiding love
for Africa’’.
